Delivery + Sustainability

In line with the Eco with Em sustainability policies, the store operates on a decentralised production + shipping system. 

So, rather than producing and shipping from Eco with Em HQ (Western Australia), the product is produced and shipped as locally to you as possible. This reduces transportation distance, delivery time and carbon emissions while supporting your local economy. Over 90% of orders are produced in the country of the recipient.  

Products are printed in 30 different countries with a network of over 100 production partners. 

Please choose carefully! I want you to absolutely adore your purchase, however - as a small business - I do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds unless the product is faulty or arrived damaged.

If anything arrives damaged please email me immediately on hello@ecowithem.com . You must provide me with your order number, a description and an image of the damage. This must be done within five days of your order being marked as ‘delivered’ on tracking.

Products are locally produced from 30 markets around the world (and a network of more than 100 production partners). Not only does this reduce distance travelled, but also strengthens your local economy while simultaneously supporting my work as an artist. 

Sustainable materials

All products in store are responsibly sourced, from sustainable materials, and are high quality (with a long lifespan, designed to be treasured). All paper is Forest Stewardship Council certified which guarantees that products come from responsibly managed sources. The company I align with to help coordinate decentralised production is a UN Global compact participant and are committed to support the UN goals and 10 universally accepted principles in areas including the environment. 

Human Rights + Product Safety 

All products are produced in  line with international and national product safety regulations. 

All suppliers have signed a Code of Conduct that minimizes risks along the supply chain. The company I align with to help coordinate decentralised production is a UN Global compact participant and adhere to their 10 universally accepted principles around human rights, labour, and anti-corruption. 

Unfortunately prints and books need to be mailed seperately and therefore they incur additional postage fee's. Multiple prints are all shipped together.
